Job Description
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- Process check requests
- Audit and process billings
- Maintain all transactions in Quickbooks or any Accounting system software
- Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
- Assist in month end closing and reconciliation
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree preferrably in Finance, Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Admininstration or equivalent
- Preferrably with related experience in General Accounting and Finance
- Knowledgeable in computerized accounting system like Quick Books, SAP etc.
- Proficent in MS Excel
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City
