Job Description
- Design, roll out, implement, and monitor the company's loyalty program policies and procedures.
- Manage the loyalty and membership program and keep it up to date through proper execution and marketing plans once in place
- Manage day to day tasks involving the companys loyalty and membership program
- Communicate all activities related to the companys loyalty program and other promotional marketing programs with Marketing, Operations and other necessary departments.
- Look for partners and manage tie up by being the point of contact
- Communicate with internal groups for the planning and implementation of special projects related to the loyalty program
- Coordinate with external groups for possible partnership and implement related projects
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree preferably in Marketing, Management or Communication
- At least 3 years of related experience in the same field or capacity
- Must possess good interpersonal skills and great confidence
- Must have good planning, time management, organization and presentation skills
- Experience in Project Management/Coordination is a plus.
