Job Description
- Provides support to the Company's top level executives by managing and maintaining their schedules,appointments and travel arrangements.
- Arrange and co-ordinate executive meetings and events.
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications.
- Answer and manage incoming calls.
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors.
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels.
- Interact with external clients.
- Co-ordinate department work among team members as and when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
- Has at least one to two years of experience in handling a secretarial or administrative role, catering mostly to top level executives.
- Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly Organized and efficient and has the ability to multi- task.
- Solutions oriented thinker with a positive "can do"attitude when faced with problems and remains calm under pressure.
- Self- starter and can work independently.
- Must be well versed in the use of MS Office.
- Proven track record in high productivity and meeting deadlines.
- Highly polished and professional but with a bubbly personality.
- Can thrive in a diverse working environment.
