- Identifies training needs and conducts sales training programs as prescribed in an effective, timely and cost-efficient manner;
- Assists Field/Branch Sales and Operations Manager in the achievement of sales, recruitment and dealer activity rate targets of the branch;
- Ensures proper merchandising and information campaign of the following but not limited to campaign offers, incentive programs, plus plans, new products, sales and recruitment incentives;
- Helps the Field/Branch Sales and Operations Manager in conceptualizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating other sales offers and recruitment activities;
- Submits timely, accurate and complete reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Education/Teaching/Training, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Others or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 1-year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Willing and able to work extended hours and open to traveling. With supervisory skills and can work with minimum supervision.
