- Perform and oversee bookkeeping for all financial transactions
- Responsible for daily entry of accounting transactions
- Prepare financial statements
- Reconcile and balance all accounts
- Complete month end closings
- Present financial statements
- Analyze financial data and produce financial reports
- Administer accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process monthly payroll
- Calculate and prepare tax payments
- File tax reports
- Complete external audit requirements
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Produce monthly financial summaries and reports
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements
- Process accounts payable invoices
- Maintain fixed asset inventory
- Train and oversee accounting staff
- Manage external accounting consultants and auditors
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Quickbooks, taxation, Payroll Management, MS Office.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
