Real Estate Broker | Mandarin-Speaking  

Job Description:

• Lease, purchase or sell company listed properties to clients.
• Source feasible properties for company listing (For Lease, purchase, or re-sell)
• Source potential clients; develop and maintain good and professional working relationship with clients
• Accompany clients and potential buyers for property visits and inspections
• Prepare and generate customized property list based on client requirements
• Act as intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers; generally representing each party as well as the company
• Assist in checking document legitimacy and completion; provides description, recommendation and summary of property for the use of company and clients
• Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase/lease agreements, letter of intent, closing statements, deeds, and other related documents
• Actively participates in open houses, selling activities and other network-generating activities
• Handle client inquiries, requests, and concerns including after-sale concerns
• Perform other duties assigned as deemed necessary for the overall operation of the company

• A college graduate preferably with a degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Entrepreneurship and/or Hospitality
• At least two (2) years experience in Real Estate and/or Property Management company is required
• Required with Real Estate broker license
• Willing to do field work, long hours and weekend work
• Time-management savvy with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong interpersonal and good communication skills
• Strong familiarity of business and legal documents with the basic ability to write legal and business documents
• Exhibit integrity in representing the company and negotiating with clients
• Must be result-oriented
• Mandarin-speaking preferred
