- Responsible for project assessment, planning, and management to ensure quality and on-time output from the creative team.
- Initiates brainstorming sessions and concept development.
- Maintains quality output through a detailed review of materials and re-assesses outputs prior to final approval.
- Leads the Creative Department of Multimedia Artists, Writers, and Coordinators.
- Maintains smooth team functions by maximizing each of the team members' talents and skills for the advantage of the agency.
- In-charge of overall management under the direct supervision of the Creatives and Production Head.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Communications, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, and other related degrees.
- 2 years experience in the same field or position.
- Experience in leading a team of graphic artists, writers, and coordinators.
- Basic background on supplier sourcing, supplier management, cost-negotiations, and other related works.
- Knowledge of offset and digital printing, fabrication and/or pre-and post-production is a bonus.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
