- Welcome and assist customers in the store and answer queries.
- Familiarity with frozen and processed food is a plus.
- Provide excellent sales service to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Learn and maintain product mastery.
- Suggest and recommend products to customers including alternative or additional products (cross-sell or upsell).
- Find ways in increasing both retail and wholesale customers.
- Develop rapport and professional relationship with customers to maintain customer loyalty and trust.
- Suggest ways to improve sales (i.e. marketing activities, promotions, etc.).
- Process orders and execute delivery to nearby customers and/or coordinate delivery to locations beyond geographical scope.
- Assist in inventory management and re-stocking of products.
- Bag and/or pack purchased items.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in sales, retail sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Must know how to ride a motorcycle with at least non-professional license.
- Has basic math skills.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Friendly and energetic personality.
- Patient, flexible and willing to learn and widen knowledge.
- Trustworthy and has strong sense of responsibilty.
- Willing to work on flexible schedule.
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City.
- Willing to travel as needed.
