- Manage and oversee all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
- Develop a marketing strategy for the company in line with company goals and objectives.
- Own and lead the execution of multi-channel campaigns coordinating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Industry, Events, Public Relations, Product Marketing, Measurement, Creative, and Insights.
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns to support sales activities.
- Work closely with external partners to create, publish and maintain all marketing materials consistent with marketing plans.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to create and maintain appropriate sales support materials (including RFP support, pitch deck and collateral development, photography and video production, etc.).
- Report metrics to ensure target goals are met and making recommend necessary adjustments.
- Analyze strategies and fine-tuning based on data, feedback and market trends.
- Directly reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director.
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years B2B marketing experience within residential real estate vertical.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication or related field.
- Confident and compelling communicator and presenter.
- Possess excellent organizational, planning and time management skills with extreme attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and own projects through completion.
- Possess a creative outlook with strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent writing skills, technical aptitude, interpersonal and analytical skills, and strategic focus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work with cross functional teams at all levels of management.
- Attention to detail especially when reviewing online and offline materials
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
- Creative Design proficiency is a plus
