We work closely with our clients to further evolve existing processes during the implementation phase, as necessary. Our facility, operations management, and network security protocols strictly adhere to protecting the integrity and confidentiality of all information entrusted to us by our clients. Our operations center is equipped with power and Internet redundancies to ensure uninterrupted processing in the event of outages. We are a sister company to Cybersoft, a BPO company that has been in the business for 20 years now. Cybersoft’s core expertise is data and content management. They service multinational Fortune 1,000 businesses and government agencies and have around 1,000 production personnel ranging from content specialists, programmers, hardware engineers, and experienced data coders.
