Job Description
- Assist the ADOS in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
- Participate in the implementation of the sales strategic plans.
- Generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
- Provide professional and excellent customer service to existing and prospective customers.
- Handle specific customer issues and tries to solve, resolve and communicate to line management and property managers.
- Supervise Sales Executives that handle the same account categories.
- Help Sales Executives with their questions and concerns.
- Comply with the submission of reports (ex. Sales Itinerary Report for both previous and current week).
- Target to visit at least 8 accounts a day.
- Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures.
- Communicate employee relation issues, concerns and incidents to ADOS and strives to collectively resolve these.
- Monitor sales calls, provide feedback to Sales Executives and assist them in meeting sales targets.
- Promote the Stay & Learn Programs of the properties to different educational institutes.
- Perform other duties as may be required by Management.

- Strong analytical and planning skills;
