Job Description
- Maintain a critical oversight of marketing functions by conceptualizing business development plans/strategies using innovative concepts and initiating various sales and marketing campaigns to generate potential customers or locators in building business opportunities.
- Ensure the property management services are efficiently provided to all facilities and locators within the Industrial Park.
- Understand local community concerns and build relationships with local government and external partners.
- Keep abreast of developments in the industry, both internal and external such as changes in legislation.
- Ensure strict compliance of the property with all applicable government requirements and regulations.
- Set, implement and monitor budgetary and financial strategies of the business.
- Collaborating with customers, community organizations and other entities to widen network and promote company image in the market.
- Provide analysis and prepare relevant and timely reports on administration and operational performance/challenges and presenting optimal solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Must have at least five (5) years experience specializing in Business Development, Industrial Estate Management, Property Management, Utility Management or proven experience in a similar role
- Possess excellent public relations and customer skills service orientation
- Must have strong organization and management skills and has excellent problem-solving skills.
