Job Description
- Responsible for the preparation of payroll of regular rank & file and probationary employees. Supervises Canteen cashiers, their schedules, duties and functions.
- Checks payroll-related matters (i.e. payroll deductions, overtime, leave availment and time & attendance summary) including concerns by employees related to these matters.
- Creates comparison report on different cost estimates / quotations from contractors and suppliers.
- Checks and verifies all departmental expense reports, liquidation reports, billings and check requisitions.
- Checks and verifies payroll requirements/details Receive and work out concerns raised by employee
- In-charge of other admin-related work as instructed by the VP.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or any Accounting-related filed.
- Has at least 3 to 5 years work experience in payroll processing and administrative work.
- Knowledge in taxation, computation of withholding taxes, government contributions, overtime and others.
- With good communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to start ASAP
