Job Description
- Demonstrate high proficiency in HR processes, policies and standard operating procedures;
- Administer day-to-day HR related transactions including recruitments, promotions, salary changes, end of employments, one-time payments, verification of employment and employee inquiries;
- Manage end to end processing of the monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner and ensure the compliance with company policies, procedures, and legislative requirement;
- Proactively optimize current payroll processes to improve efficiency and enhance employee experience;
- Receives and responds to requests concerning HR policies/programs;
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-3 years of work experience in handling payroll is preferred;
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Accounting, or similar field
- Have a good knowledge in manual payroll, BPJS, Insurance, Overtime;
- Excellent working knowledge of data management best practices and standards;
- Good understanding of the full hiring process
- A multitasker and problem solver, with the ability to work under pressure;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
