Job Description
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure achievement of monthly production/collection/GP budget and contribute in team's targets
- Analyze and prepare renewal reports/documents with appropriate recommendation
- Attend to all administrative functions, clients' concerns and requests
Minimum Qualifications
a. Technical Skills
- Knowledge in all Employee Benefits Lines as well as claims and underwriting procedures
- Highly effective oral, written and interpersonal communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
- Computer proficient especially in Excel and Powerpoint
b. Non-technical Skills
- Strong internal and external customer focus.
- Proven expertise and experience in managing complex corporate accounts
- Trustworthy, reliable and responsible
- High degree of energy, motivation and ability to set own goals/priorities.
