- Deploy and continuously improve the project and/or program management practice in digital transformation organization
- Govern transformation projects, from objectives and requirements, prioritization, issue & risk management, and performance management
- Perform data analysis to support decision making, develop reports, present and manage stakeholder expectation, including third parties coordination
- Execute process improvement within the transformation organization, including but not limited to, internal collaboration tools and process and capability development program
- Lead ad-hoc cross-functional initiatives, become the liaison between digital transformation organization and the rest of the company
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder or master's degree holder from a reputable university
- 3 to 5 years' combined experience in project, program, and/or portfolio management within consulting, financial services, or technology industry.
- Highly organized, strong problem-solving skills, process improvement-focused, and self-motivated individual, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience working knowledge or familiarity with agile methodology, digital transformation, change management, digital partnership, IT-business environment
- Project Management certification, corporate strategy and planning, digital marketing, Atlassian Products (Jira & Confluence), full-cycle project or product development lifecycle experience may be advantageous
