• Encourages internal communication and participation in the team.
• Evaluates the progress of team members.
• Monitors and motivates the team.
• Monitors professional image of the team.
• Ensures compliance with local legislation and internal store regulations.

B. Business Management

Commercial Objectives

• Plans necessary measures in order to meet monthly sales targets.
• Provides optimal customer service in accordance with company standards.
• Monitors and adjusts the management indicators of the store in order to achieve optimal levels.
• Continually monitors the evolution of sales and customer profiles.
• Familiarizes with the collection in order to increase sales.
• Ensures good communication with the headquarters.
• Informs managers and headquarters of anything that has a major impact on the management of the store and its sales.

Merchandising

• Ensures that merchandising meets company standards.
• Optimizes selling space in order to achieve maximum profitability.

Image and Maintenance

• Ensures optimal image standards in the store.
• Monitosr window display changes, and keeps the design, cleaning, and lighting standards in accordance with company regulations.
• Monitors reforms and furniture changes in the store.

Product

• Familiarizes with the characteristics (catalogue, groups, etc.) that define the initial order of the store.
• Manages and monitors the products.
• Ensures correct end of season return of goods.

• Bachelor's Degree in any course.
• Business and People Management skills.
• Good English communication skills, both writtten and oral.
• Candidates must be willing to start as soon as possible.
