Job Description
- Maintain and update timekeeping and payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data into Timekeeping and Payroll software, on assigned payroll cut-off period;
- Prepare timekeeping and payroll reports;
- Resolve timekeeping and payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information;
- Provide timekeeping and payroll information by answering questions and requests initiated by supervisors;
- Others: Prepare check vouchers upon receipt of the approved request of payment and other support documents for check preparation;
- Update daily bank transactions in Cash Register.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient in Word Processing and Excel Spreadsheets;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Able to multi-task, and can work independently or with minimum supervision;
- Knowledge in Accounting, Timekeeping and Payroll Processing Software preferred.
