Job Description
Duty Manager ensures that the support line is in accordance with Operations Centers policies and procedures during shift. He or She manages all aspects of the support and escalation procedures with regards to operation, network and information security issues to ensure the continuous operation and protection of the customer.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Engineering, Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 3 – 5years working experience in related field (Experience in working in a Network Operations Center or Security Operations Center is an advantage)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with equal attention
- Experience/Knowledge of IT technologies, ideally related to Network and Information Security is an advantage
- Interest in Security, Network and Server Monitoring technologies
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Time-management and incident timeline prediction
- Experience working in SOC or NOC environment
- ITIL Certification is an advantage
