The MICTS Service Delivery Manager oversees the delivery of services or service technology to a company’s client or customers. He or She recommends policies designed to ensure consistently high service performance, and ensures that these policies created are followed. He/she has general oversight over employees involved in the delivery process, even though he may not be their direct manager.. Ultimately, the MICTS Service Delivery Manager holds all service departments accountable for carrying out the required processes and tasks, ensures delivery processes are efficient and cost effective.
Minimum Qualifications
- He or she should have an acceptable degree of knowledge with the following:
- Project Management
- Basic ICT Knowledge covering
- Computers
- Networks
- Internet
- Security
- He or she should be a graduate of any Five (4) year collegiate course preferably in the field of Information and Communication Technology.
- He or she should have at leasr three (3) year work-related experience in performing ICT Project Management and/or Service Management
- He or she should have at least two (2) certifications:
- Project Management
- ITIL v3 Foundation
