Admin Associate  

• The role reports to the Customer Outcome Management Group to execute the followin

• Data clean up and hygiene in Ivanti ticket entries to be used in reporting to BSG, BU and ExCo

• Ensure data can be used for the incident and service library, and other reports that will be generate

• Assist in preparing reports for Department Head

• Manage programs and planning workstreams to improve data quality, enable process and discipline through guidance and actionable insight

• Support Customer Outcome Management in providing Ivanti and other related insight

• Provides operational support to Customer Outcome Managemen

• Capture information during meeting

• Perform other duties as assigned by Partner Success Group Head

• Graduate of any four- or five-year collegiate course

B. Competencies

• Highly competitive self-starter who is organized, disciplined and goal-oriented
• Excellent time management skills and able to prioritize work
• Can work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in MS Office (i.e., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Good oral communication skills
• Proficient in report writing
• Fast learner
