Job Description

Responsible for the administration of policies and procedures for labor relations within the Company. Also collaborates with the outsourced providers to ensure that they meet the required services of the Company.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily administration of general policies and programs labor relations.
  • Handles and mediates employee disputes reported through Incident Report.
  • Ensures that grievance handling and disciplinary proceedings are carried out in line with Company policy.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
  • Handles employment termination procedures and assists on potential legal matters related to employees filing lawsuits against the employer.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports for legislated requirements or organizational needs.
  • Prepares all documentation necessary for all case management concerns (Such as but not limited to Notice to Explain, Notice of Administrative Hearing, Notice of Resolution).
  • Coordinate and acts as front liner for accreditation of outsourced providers.
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the Lead, Manager or Head

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Education

  • Degree in BS/AB Psychology, Human Resources Management and other related courses.

Minimum Experience/Training

  • With at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in ER/ Labor Relations or must have working knowledge on PH Labor Laws.

Competency

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability
  • Good computer and database skills
  • Working Conditions
  • Requires flexibility in terms of dealing with different types of employees.
