Event Management Lead  

We're looking for an Event Management Lead who will manage, lead and motivate team members on a daily basis.

You will be responsible for organizing, mobilizing and/or coordinating the event stakeholders and administrators for the successful event execution. In charge of all ramification of event production and management. Exudes passion and goes the extra mile to achieve excellently the company’s/ each project’s objectives.

What will you do?

• Directs the overall planning and strategy for live events and virtual meetings for the whole organization
• Defines event/project goals, success metrics and communication messaging
• Implements best practices and develops planning standards, policies and procedures
• Develops network of vendors, work with Vendor Support Specialist
• Reviews contracts and overall responsibility to ensure events stay within budget
• Manages available MDF to effectively help brands in achieving their project goals and objectives
• Supervises the team’s daily workflow and monitor project deadlines. Coming up with suggestions to
enhance the event’s success.
• Continue to operate in every aspect of event management – from event planning, choosing venues (or
collaboration platforms) to evaluating success afterwards, in accordance to project requirement, target
audience and objectives
• Ensures that the information used in promotional literature is true and correct.
• Ensures health and safety regulations are met.
• Meets costs standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions.
• Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality and stakeholder-service standards.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Performs other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to
time.
