We are looking for a Data Visualization Associate to design, develop, and implement Analytics and Visualization Solutions that turn clients’ data into manageable visual information enabling them to make informed decisions. In this role, you should have a background in data analysis.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver multiple analytics work streams for diverse clients, both on an ongoing and ad-hoc basis
- Review and validate customer data as it is collected
- Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies
- Prepare data for analysis and visualization/reporting
- Develop dashboards and/or reports using market leading tools and technologies:
- Connecting to varied data sources; Transforming, Loading, and Preparing data
- Creating visual analytics or graphs and dashboards
- Adding filters
- Designing dashboard/report with aesthetics
- Adding calculated fields
- Working with visualization servers
- Develop and update technical documentation
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field with relevant employment experience
- Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills combined with effective communication skills
- Experience creating a graph, report, and dashboard using Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience working in a data-rich environment is a plus
Knowledge and experience of the following tools are a plus:
- Tableau
- PowerBI
- SAS Language
- SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
