Project Manager | Corporate IT  

The Project Manager manages and has the overall responsibility in project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, completion and closing with the requirements, budget and time.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Participate, collaborate and manage the team of users, business analysts, quality assurance/quality control analysts in the gathering of user requirements and specifications.
• Analyze technical and business requirements and ensure that these are translated into basic and detailed functional and technical design and application/system
• Ensure security requirements and controls are incorporated in the products and services to be developed, customized and/or implemented.
• Participate, conduct and manage feasibility study, research and development, prototyping and proof of concept (PoC) in implementing new/existing systems, solutions and processes.
• Ensure codes are reviewed, programs and configurations are consistent and in conformance with established programming industry standards, guidelines, policies and practices.
• Establish, manage and maintain relationship with the users, project team, 3rd party vendors and all stakeholders
• Adhere to established project management standards, processes, methodologies and framework
• Conduct incident and problem analysis, data gathering, investigation and resolution of issues, and provide consultancy, assistance and support.
• Deliver the required systems/applications/solutions on time and based on agreed budget and specifications.
• Identify, assess and recommend opportunities for application and process improvement.
• Provide regular and effective progress updates to the management team, project team and other stakeholders.
• Actively participate and lead the peer review and status meeting to communicate the progress
• Anticipate, escalate, mitigate, minimize and manage risks and roadblocks.
• Prepare presentation and training materials and provide assistance in conducting the training to users or other members of the team.
• Responsible for the information security by protecting confidential information from unauthorized access, ensuring the integrity of the information and information system, taking appropriate measures to manage security risks and following and complying with the laws, legislations and terms of contracts.
• Perform other duties as assigned, if necessary.

A. Minimum Education

• Graduate of Computer Science or equivalent

B. Minimum Experience/Training

• With 8 to 10 years relevant experience in Project Management

• Familiarity, knowledge or experience with the following is an advantage:
