Job Description
Will assist Event Project Lead for the following items:
- Updating the Event Tracker based on daily tasks
- Consolidating all event details into an Activity Plan
- Request giveaway items with VM and keep track of the status (From Quotation Submission, Invoice Submission, Request for Payment, Paid/Unpaid, & Distribution/Delivery)
- Creating Event Waiting Room Slides
- Recording the event and consolidate all necessary data for Proof of Execution
- Consolidating all invoices & create an actual cost breakdown for Proof of Cost
- Creating an Event Tally Report (Registrants x Attendees x Feedback Form Responses)
- Updating the Lead Generation Report monthly
- Conduct research and find key trends for event & marketing strategies
Minimum Qualifications
- Work-From-Home set-up
- Both interns must have an interest in event/project management and marketing.
- Marketing or Business Administration student
- Must be able to assist Project Leads in meeting deadlines.
- Coverage: 3 Months (April – June)
