Communications & Offer Marketing Lead  

Job Description

The Lead in Communications & Offer Marketing for Strategy Execution Office is responsible in using marketing expertise to develop, implement, and manage communications strategies that will support company's business strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute corporate promotions and communications to drive successful adoption of company's business strategies.
• Liaise with external vendors to develop and execute communication strategy to drive customer success and improve business partnership. This will include:
  • Change Communications for new solutions, services, tools, and internal processes
  • Campaign Communications for awareness, trainings, and influence sentiment
  • Engagement Communications that might include but not limited to hosting, planning of digital activities, games, events, roadshows and creation of merchandise.
  • Bottom-up Communications through survey, poll, and interview
• Tracks and assists in analyzing marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies.
• Provide weekly and/or monthly reports.
• Performs others tasks and responsibilities that may assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Studies or a relevant field;
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly skilled in writing clear and concise communications for various communication tools, including but not limited to print and online;
• Excellent editing, proofreading, presentation and interpersonal skills with a strong attention to details;
• Proficiency with software applications including MS Office;
• Graphic design and video editing skills are desirable;
• Knowledgeable of marketing and communication principles, guidelines and best practices;
• With knowledge in marketing data analytics and tools;
• Strong social and presentation skills;
• Self‐starter, energetic and pro‐active;
• Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure;
