Job Description
- Assists the farm manager in the farm’s operations.
- Protects company assets inside the farm.
- Ensures that the farm’s schedule of activities is properly executed as based on a game plan designed by the farm manager and reports any cause of delay or failure.
- Checks and records daily mortalities.
- Maintain at all times a high moral and integrity in the performance of his duty.
- Strictly adhere to the company’s code of conduct.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by his superiors.
- Assumes the job functions of the farm manager during his absence.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of BS Agriculture, BS Agricultural Engineering, Agri Technology, Agri-Business Management, Agri Extension Education
- At least 3 years experience in Agriculture works
- Computer Literate
- Has good interpersonal & leadership skills
- Can work under pressure
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Flexible in work schedule
- Has knowledge of Farming. Coconut and Coffee is a plus!
- Willing to work in Silang, Cavite
- URGENT!
