Job Description
We are looking for a Systems Engineer to provide enterprise-level services to our customers.
System Engineer responsibilities include Implementing and Maintaining Compute IT infrastructure, providing on-site or off-site Technical Support via remote, phone or email providing clients a quick feedback on the reported issue.
- Systems Engineer shall be responsible for Implementing, Supporting and Maintaining Compute IT infrastructure as a generalist:
- Must understand how to install and configure new IT infra - servers, storage and its software tools such as virtualization and backup application
- Shall perform IT infra maintenance and support, including OS upgrade and software tools
- Engineer must understand how to follow maintenance procedure based on specific assigned technologies
- Assist in the implementation and documentation of activities performed
- Availability to respond on high-priority issues based on 24/7 rotation
- Can perform remote session with customer and partner
- Must be able to accept travel for local and international as required
- Can understand customers business objective based on infrastructure requirements
- Must possess technical sales skills to help account management team
Minimum Qualifications
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
- Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
- Has good communication skill
- Amenable to work on 24x7/Shifting schedule
- Willing to start ASAP
