Order Management Assistant  

This position is responsible for the timely fulfillment of sales orders for clients. The position is will also focus on ensuring that order processing and procedures are communicated and adhered to.

Further to this, details of the job description are as follows:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coach and provide guidance to newly hired staff.
• Establish employee goals and conducts employee performance reviews.
• Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.
• Establish strategic goals for the group in accordance to the company’s objectives.
• Review orders and check for accuracy.
• Controls workflow within order management section and ensures daily tasks are completed timely and efficiently.
• Confers with vendors to identify and resolve issues.

• Prepares and presents reports and provides information to identify pending deliverables.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Should have an acceptable degree of knowledge with the following:

• Proficient in Microsoft office (e.g excel, outlook, word)
• Has the ability to understand documentary processes and procedures
• Flexible and with sense of urgency
• Keen to details
• Willing to extend working hours
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Knowledgeable in SAP is a plus
