Job Description
- Interface with the client and Trends NOC L2.
- Does approval of the MOP for any change managemnent activities.
- Ensures that day to day operations is running smoothly.
- Functionally responsible for the onsite engineers.
- Performs and/or participate in root cause analysis.
- Provides activity report and other documents to the Service Delivery Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- High level of oral and written communication skills in order to communicate effectively with client's, client's internal customers and Trends teams.
- Can work under pressure and think clearly in challenging situations in a logical manner.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
