Job Description
We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support Talent Acquisition's daily activities.
HR Intern responsibilities include:
- Assists with screening resumes and applications
- Observes during HR interviews
- Prepares the needed forms for the interview
- Collects and updates TA database
- Proofreads applicant's profile
- Conducts a background check to candidates
- Participates in HR events and activities
Minimum Qualifications
- BS Psychology or any Human Resource related course
- Experience with Microsoft Office apps
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
