Job Description
- Develop quality assuranceand quality control workstreams, test, and checklists of respective transition programs in collaboration and in parallel with clients and Trends stakeholders in preparation in transition period and in line with project plan, in preparation for turnover of completed transition program to Operations after sucessful transition
- Implement and manage pre-stabilazation and pre-BAU quality assurance and quality control
Minimum Qualifications
- A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment
- Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside the organization
- Dependable and adaptive
- Minimum of 2 years related experience
- Bachelor's Degree holder of any IT related course
