Office Fit Out Sales  

Interior Synergy is in the business of designing and building IT-enabled office interiors. It's affiliation with Trends and Technologies Holding enables it to design-in the needed IT support infrastructure to its office interior test-fits. Finally, iSynergy maintains direct supply agreements with various office furniture and furnishing manufacturers in China and Europe thus enabling it to deliver a complete office fi-out solution at competitive rates.

This position is responsible for directly interfacing with the customer to generate revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales.

• Background in Architecture or Interior Design an advantage but not required
• Must have at least 1 year related working experience with any one of the following:
  • Office real estate brokerage
  • Office fit-out sales (design, build, furniture, furnishings)
  • Office furniture and furnishings sales
• 1 year related experience with any one of the following will also be considered:
  • Structured cabling, CCTV / Video surveillance, and or door access control systems
  • Data center infrastructure (raised flooring, UPS, and or precision air conditioning)
• Must have excellent networking capabilities.
• Contacts with any of the following is a distinct advantage
  • Property management firms
  • Real estate and development companies involved with office spaces
  • Real estate brokers (office spaces)
  • Building owners
  • Architectural/interior design firms
  • construction project management firms, general contractors
  • BPO / Contact Centers
  • Banks (asset management and/or leasing group)
• Must have excellent oral and written communications skills
