Job Description
- Schedule and confirm appointments for Branch Manager
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Keeps records, handle and prioritize all outgoing/incoming correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc.)
- Make travel arrangements and related documentations
- Process applications and transactions in different Government Office/Private Companies
- Monitoring of monthly/quarterly/annual payments & registrations
- Attend daily instructions and issues for the Branch Manager
- Provides Administrative Support
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration/ Management, or equivalent.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars, MS Office and copy machines)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimum supervision
- Must be willing to work in Legazpi Village, Makati City.
