Job Description
- Leading or supervising a team of Customer Relation
- Create and Improve Customer Service Operational System, Policies and standards for customer service department
- Supervise, mentor and train customer service staff to deliver a high standard of customer service
- Conduct staff recruitment and appraisals
- Coordinate, Communicate with all other related department for service improvements.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints. Make decisions on refunds or any other compensations to customer.
- Write reports, analyse statistic or other data as a measurement to determine level of customer service.
- Long term planning, to achieve company's vision in customer service excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum education S1 in any major
- Experience in Customer Relation Related field for a minimum of 3 years
- Experience in Managerial Role for minimum of 2 year
- Experience with CRM
- Able to do shift work if required
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Commitment to Success, willing to work overtime or after hours to meet job responsibility
