Job Description
Responsibilities
- Help to identify, define and launch new partnerships.
- Create pitch decks for potential partners based on a deep understanding of their needs and wants
- Manage details of partner-related activations from landing page and promo code creation, to materials upload, delivery, communications, budget tracking, and reporting
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing strategic partners.
- Work with the Comms, CRM, and Digital teams to amplify marketing partnerships and help improve awareness and impact among partner audiences
Minimum Qualifications
About You
- 1-2 years’ experience in Marketing Partnership
- Bachelor degree in any major
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through; you enjoy multitasking and have an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated success managing relationships with partners
- Ability to succeed working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Creative and thoughtful— you’re a big picture thinker who isn’t afraid to dive deep in the details of execution mode, problem-solving as needed and embracing new challenges as they arise
- Experience in a fast-moving, dynamic business environment where evolving priorities and aggressive deadlines are the norm
- Friendly, open-minded, confident, and ambitious – you’re looking to work hard, have fun, and enjoy your work day!
