Job Description
- Responsible in handling inquiries, travel advice, making reservations for international and domestic flights, hotel accommodation, package tours, and other land arrangements. Will be arranging individual travels, group incentive travels & corporate bookings.
- Provides customer service (technical and billing issue) to clients both in person and by phone/email.Coordinates with airline companies for flight options. Issues tickets for confirmed bookings.
- Processes travel documentation requirements of clients like passport and travel visa.
- Coordinates with accounting department for settlements and modes of payments. Updates passenger names, travel groups, packages, and other information in the company records.
- Communicate with Clients, Airlines, Hotels, Suppliers, and tour operators via phone and email.
- Conduct Research on Hotels and Airlines and other tour options.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Airline Operation/Airport Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): computer and internet literate, knowledge and experience with MS Office and airline Global Distribution System (GDS) such as, Galileo and Sabre.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
- IATA Ticketing Accreditation is an added advantage
