Job Description

  • Upload new travel documents (e.g. flight, hotel, third parties) to our XGen tool Responsibilities
  • Setup and change Parameter for every single document
  • Measure and control the automatic uploading process to XGen
  • Control and double-check accuracy and completeness of data (your input)
  • Control and double-check accuracy and completeness of data (your team mates)
  • Enrich the document with integrity under 90% and complete it
  • Maintain the Google drive folder with all actual travel documents
  • Ensure that all the relevant documents are delivered on time and within scope
  • Be involved in staff training
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Establish and maintain relations with clients
  • Immediate fixing and escalation of recognized errors
  • Resolve document-reading issues within given time-line
  • Share best practices with team and mutual support
  • Perform tasks as described in content management handbook
