The Financial Data and Reports Analyst will be responsible for data extraction, calculation methodology for regular and business driver payments and driver incentive programs. This includes working closely with the Fleet and Finance group to assist in weekly and monthly driver payments including incentive calculation and reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Query and transform raw data from data web admin according to specific requirements by Fleet and Finance
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Lead the design, communication, implementation and administration of driver incentive programs
- Maintain thorough knowledge of data/information sources
- Create ad-hoc reports as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
- Extremely organized with a concentrated emphasis to detail
- Entrepreneurial drive and ability to excel in a startup environment
- BS in Mathematics, Finance or Statistics
- At least 1 year relevant experience
