Job Description
The Delivery Manager (Senior Developer) will lead the implementation of innovative solutions using the OutSystems platform, to solve complex technical and business issues thru an agile approach, establishing the connection between technical and business teams.
- Design and build a technical system architecture based on business needs and drivers;
- Manage tasks and technical people according to project needs;
- Manage and inspire team, increasing commitment and aligning expectations;
Minimum Qualifications
- Guarantee overall delivery quality (quality assurance).
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
- Proficiency with at least one programming language: PHP, C# or Java;
- Proficiency in web based languages: JavaScript, CSS, HTML;
- Knowledge in ASP.NET;
- Programming with databases: SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL;
- Knowledge in Database Modeling;
