Job Description

- Answer each employment inquiry in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Ensure that staffing requirements are met to identify, attract and onboard top talents to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs.
- Develop and implement new recruitment strategies online and within the community.
- Work with hiring manager(s), HR, and appropriate stakeholders to determine final decisions on opening manpower needs up to candidate hiring; make recommendations on appropriate hire(s)
- Schedule and conduct applicant interviews and exams in an efficient and professional manner.
- Partner with HR and Onboarding Officer to facilitate negotiation with the candidates and to endorse the needed documents for New Hire onboarding.
- Develop and utilize engagement strategies that support the employee needs to promote retention and satisfaction amongst the organization.
- Prepare bi-monthly employee engagement activities.
- Work in partnership with the Management committees and the HR team to coordinate the engagement plans, activity proposals and other strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/College Graduate
- 2-4 years relevant experience in recruiting/sourcing for BPO or IT company
- With at least 2 years of experience leading and organizing Employee engagement projects.
- Ability to help team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverables
- Proficient in using GSuite, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Canva.
- Awareness of recruiting metrics and trends: retention, quality of hire and etc.
- Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
- Ability to foster a sense of professionalism and relationship building for self and team
- Must have the ability to make a slides presentation and discuss with the Management Committees.
- Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines
- Must have the ability to establish good working relationships with the business leaders, office colleagues and member companies.
- Must have the ability to work as a part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
