Job Description
As a team member of EasyCall, the Cybersecurity Analyst will be tasked to take on an active role in managing EasyCall’s suite of cybersecurity products, particularly in Privileged Access Management. The Cybersecurity Analyst will be responsible for many of the technical aspects of the cybersecurity tools, such as:
- Installing and onboarding new clients to the cybersecurity solution;
- Resolving technical problems of clients;
- Participating and advising clients and users with troubleshooting;
- Researching and solving complex issues;
- Working with the team to provide comprehensive demos and information packs to prospective clients;
- Document client issues and solutions accurately
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years in a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk or similar role
- 4-year degree preferred
- Experience with SQL 2008 R2 or higher
- Ability to write and demonstrate SQL queries/scripts and perform SQL table review
- Experience with PowerShell scripting preferred
- Knowledge of installing and maintaining webservers
- Strong communication skills
