Job Description
- Thoroughly research client questions and issues.
- Assist client with Content Customizations such as addition of logos, changing of branding colors/elements and updating of custom content
- Provide Customers with offline Content such as PDFs of Infographics and videos for display on Customer internal networks
- Assist Customers in troubleshooting edits such as alignment, formatting, and language selector implementation
- Assist Customers in requesting foreign language localization requests for non-available languages.
- Collaborate with Content Team to evaluate or diagnose problems and recommend possible solutions.
- Maintain record of resolutions within the Cofense Knowledge Base.
- Maintain an accurate work record for all tickets through Zendesk, Salesforce and JIRA systems.
- Escalate and coordinate incidents to Content Team when required. Act as an escalation path to solve advanced client content issues and investigate elevated issues.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- General knowledge about cybersecurity content, including frequently seen topics
- Knowledge on browser basics (Internet Explorer/Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari) including mobile browsers
- Knowledge on email systems (Outlook, Gmail, etc) including mobile
- Strong HTML, CSS, and JS skills
- Basic Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat Skills, as well as basic understanding of video and subtitling
- Basic understanding of Localization Design, particularly RTL and Bi-directional text.
