Job Description
Tier 3 CBT support
- Create and Publish Alternate Scoring of CBTs
· Basic Customizations for customer

- Technical review and research on LMS compatibility issues
QA
- QA all-new material both independently and via our LMS for all screen sizes and browsers
CBT Localizations
- Import and create localized versions of the CBTs
- Import XML files
- Change Manifests
- Verify and fix placements
- Publish
- First-round QA
CBT creation
- Library Maintenance
- Republishing of files
- Updated packaging for distribution
- Loading to AWS Server
- Updating in the SharePoint distribution area (Accessed by Support and LMS Teams)
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in designing online content using an authoring tool (preferably Adobe Captivate 2019).
- Must include experience with responsive design
- 2+ years Adobe Creative Suite and other audio and video capture based applications.
- Experience with BrowserStack our other QA web tools
- Experience with JAWS or NVDA for WCAG/508 Compliance
- Knowledge and experience using learning management systems (LMS) – at leas 3 platforms (i.e. SumTotal, Moodle, Blackboard, Litmos)
- Ability to manage workload and deliver programs with minimal supervision and maintain a high degree of proficiency.
- Deals well with the pressure of project deadlines
