Job Description
Lead & Manage the Philippines-based Technical Support Group of Cofense Inc; consisting of 6-10 initial employees, growing and expanding over time, building additional capabilities to support potential global operations. The PH team is managed through one of ( Transnational Diversified Group ) TDG's Technology Operating Companies called Transnational E-Business Solutions (TESI). The candidate will be working very closely with TESI management and be part of the local TDG community while establishing strong collaboration with Cofense Inc. HQ Leadership.
Core Responsibilities:
- Prioritize, balance and align technical resources to the operational objectives of Cofense Inc.
- Cooperate and collaborate with Cofense Inc. HQ groups and stakeholders in establishing operational priorities and objectives.
- Work within and provide inputs to help determine and build business cases for resource level plans based on site in PH.
- Help establish and maintain offshore technical support procedures and operational standards to meet or exceed uptime and reliability as well as achieve defined service level agreements to promote Cofence Inc. brand of Quality.
- Help establish and maintain technology and departmental procedures that meet or exceed all statutory, quality and safety requirements for the group.
- Help establish and facilitate departmental ecosystem that supports growth opportunities and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Actively participate in initiatives for organizational development and establishing career development roadmaps for PH-based team members.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 6 years working in IT-BPO industry.
- Minimum of 3 years managing a 24/7 technical support operations environment.
