Family Driver  

The Driver performs work in the operation of a vehicle to assure on time and safe transportation of the designated personnel to and from various destinations, and carries out messengerial functions as necessary.

• Drives vehicles over specified routes or to specified destinations according to time schedules, taking the safest routes and complying with traffic regulations to ensure that TDG Executives; employees; guests and family members have a smooth and safe ride.
• Ensures readiness to travel at least one (1) hour before scheduled trip.
• Tests vehicle equipment such as lights, brakes, horns, or windshield wipers, to ensure proper operation;
• Ensures corrective action to resolve simple unexpected dysfunction/need for repair in a timely manner; (“Simple” means those that can be resolved using one’s skills/experience).
• Reports vehicular accidents and complex, unexpected dysfunction requiring vehicle service provider to Immediate Superior and the Executive Office in a timely manner
• Performs routine vehicle maintenance such as regulating tire pressure and adding gasoline, oil, and water;
• Ensures regular and timely “Preventive Maintenance” checks are done by company accredited vehicle service maintenance providers;
• Ensures cleanliness of vehicle (inside and out) at all times.
• Monitors and ensures that company vehicles’ registrations, Preventive Maintenance Record/Logbook/Manual and Car Insurance are updated; Ensures drivers license is valid at all times.
• Submits proper registration/maintenance expense documents (Official Receipts) to the Executive Assistants in a timely manner;
• Ensures that copies of latest Official Receipt (OR), Certificate of Registration (CR) and Car Insurance are kept inside company vehicle at all times.
• Transport the employer and passengers to and from destinations in a comfortable, safe and efficient manner.
• Meeting those goals entails additional responsibilities, tasks, knowledge, and attention to detail.

• Candidate must be at least high school graduate or college undergraduate
• Must be willing to work in unfixed schedule
• With at least 3 years experience working as company/family driver
• Must be willing to be assigned in Taguig City
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
