Job Description

  • Lead Brand, Marketing, Content & PR strategy
  • Manage marketing strategy and execution in support of flavor storytelling, product launches, and campaign executions/activations. Lead goto-market strategy for LTOs to drive buzz, trial, and sales.
  • Liaise with the regional teams and consumer department team members to ensure consistency of message, voice, tonality, and alignment with other PR, Branding, and Marketing strategies
  • Build, test, and implement initiatives and experiences that connect the customer across channels and create the best possible brand experience to drive loyalty and retention throughout the company’s ecosystem of brands. Lead hightouch, magic-driving experiences for customers across channels, online and offline; surprise & delight initiatives. Own measurement and reporting for initiatives in collaboration with channel & marketing leads.
  • Own and maintain brand & marketing calendar, ensuring crosschannel alignment between business channels. Collaborate with marketing, creative, and channel leaders to ensure cohesion and flawless execution of consumer-facing communications during campaign and evergreen periods.
  • Partner with the Creative team to brief campaigns, projects, and marketing initiatives and ensure cohesive and flawless execution of campaigns across business channels and the brand.
  • Develop a yearly marketing strategy once a year for both online, offline, and within aggregators.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the endto-end guest experience, including leading campaign post-mortems and reporting
  • Partner with the social team and external agencies to create breakthrough, culturedriving marketing programs and content plans
  • Drive brand awareness to customers, suppliers, and potential collaborators.
  • Study brand coverage and industry trends and increase brand value and cuisine segment growth in the market.
  • Be an integral team member in providing all items needed for the brand playbook needed for brand expansion.
  • Manage projects and serve as brand ambassador between kitchen managers, supply chain, chefs, customer service team, tech & product to ensure smooth flow between our kitchens and delivery aggregators.
  • Liaise with the Performance Marketing team to utilize key metrics to drive growth, conversions, and profitability for your brand and cuisine category.
  • Work crossfunctionally with internal team members to provide valuable information for product launches, marketing campaigns, and setting product/brand success metrics
  • Facilitate winning decisions with data, facts, and thoughtful analysis, biased to Consumer benefits but understanding the Financial and Operations perspective
  • Oversee digital ratings, reviews, and customer feedback and synthesize learnings on a daily basis to share with key stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, Marketing or Business
  • 4+ years professional experience in brand marketing at a consumer brand; preferably at an F&B Hospitality business with multiple retail channels
  • Handson experience in strategizing and executing omnichannel marketing programs and campaigns, including the development of and measurement against performance metrics.
  • Understanding of paid media landscape across digital, TV, OOH, print, audio, and experience executing 360 advertising campaigns across both organic and paid media channels.
  • Guest experience and retail design experience in hospitality or relevant customerfocused industry; digital marketing and loyalty program experience a plus
  • Excellent project and process management skills and exceptional organizational skills – you’re all about the checklist, the colorcoding, the follow-up process, and more.
  • Collaboration and crossfunctional teamwork: loves working with others and are great at building relationships inside and outside of your department.
  • Passion for Food & Beverage and monitoring market trends.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
