Job Description
- Maintain clear lines of communication with Cofense Consultants whose clients you will be supporting.
- High attention to detail is key with ability to synthesize information from multiple sources. Must feel comfortable in being able to cross check your work. You should have an eye for being able to spot errors.
- Although each client task requirements may vary, they will be within a general repeatable framework. You should feel comfortable operating within a repeatable framework.
- Taking ownership and responsibility of the tasks assigned to you and completing them free of any errors. Setting expectations on task completion.
- Having the confidence to point out areas of ambiguity, concern, or errors.
- Independently work on tasks, applying your own judgement where necessary to produce high-quality, client-ready deliverables.
- Organization – having an aptitude in planning, tracking and reporting on task assignments.
- Having trust and confidence in your abilities, not being phased by occasional time pressures or quick turnaround of tasks.
- Develop business expertise across multiple domains in order to challenge and refine report content.
- Manage reporting processes including planning, data requests, data management and tracking. This includes working collaboratively, pursuing data sources and analyzing outputs, and supporting broader phishing defense program requirements.
- Solid critical thinking, quantitative and qualitative analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience taking raw data and drawing actionable insights and formulating it into effective email, spreadsheets, reports, etc; ability to correlate data across multiple reports to ensure consistency.
Minimum Qualifications
- You have an analytical and process-focused mindset. Attention to detail is key.
- Proven track record of producing client ready deliverables.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills. A calm demeanor.
- You are enthusiastic and can identify areas of improvement or efficiencies.
- Some knowledge of phishing and the risk it presents to organizations.
- Independently prepare deliverables in a state ready to be delivered to clients.
- 2+ years experience with Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. Basic Microsoft Power BI experience is a bonus, but not necessary.
- You have a sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Self-confident and self-driven, with the ability to collaborate or work independently with strong time management and ability to execute on multiple concurrent deliverables
