Job Description

Operations and Maintenace Engineer carry out periodic maintenance of installed PV systems with live/implemented O&M solar projects, including providing operational readiness support from turnover up to actual operations contracts and company-owned systems.

Oversee corrective and preventative maintenance programs of the company and work directly with third-party providers, equipment suppliers, and service entities to ensure timely and proactive maintenance of equipment across all project sites.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of Electrical Engineer with PRC Licence
Has Completed COSH Training
2-3 years of experience in the solar PV industry, preferably in operations & maintenance
Proficient in Excel, Word, Pvsyst and other solar software
Should be ready for field visits and to work at heights
Must have the ability to travel, work on-call during off-shift hours
Good oral/written English communication skills
Organized & systematic
Willing to take on provincial visits
